Sunil Sethia

I started my career from being a Chartered Accountant, and today because of the attachment I share for businesses, I have tied up with multiple organizations with the mindset to grow Entrepreneurs.

I found my first love in numbers, as I grew up I also grew fond of problem-solving, and that's what encouraged me to become a Chartered Accountant, I've been practicing the same for the last 25 years.

Over time, I worked on not only building balance sheets of my clients but also relationships which are what led to my current position as the BNI Executive Director of the Chennai CBD ‘B’ region, which has 19 Chapters with 900+ Members, and to date, has crossed the mark of Rs. 2500+ Crores of Business among BNI Members & the advisor to BNI Chennai South.

I strongly believe that the growth & development of people is the highest calling of leadership; putting this thought to action, I decided to take the responsibility to be the lead coach and trainer at Passionista Training. having done over 1000+ training at BNI Chennai CBD ‘B’, being a National trainer for BNI India, and a speaker at BNI International Conference only grew my love for teaching and learning from everyone around me, especially from the young.

I believe it keeps me dedicated to bringing the best out of me & this desire to nourish with the best resource possible; a Trustee at “CHENNAIONE,” formed in 2015 when I wanted to help people during the Chennai floods. The organization has since then contributed to the construction of schools, providing education for the underprivileged and the needy. Also, it has promoted woman entrepreneurship and has been a part of Cauvery Calling.

Other than this, I love listening to music, reading, playing table tennis, and chess, but among everything, my favourite thing to do is meet God through Meditation.
